I'm being followed

Okay, this is probably going to sound crazy, but there's something following me around. It started a few days ago at work, I felt someone touch my shoulder, but there was no one there. And then something tugged on my hair, and again, no one was around. I shrugged it off, because I'm used to having spirits around me, even if they are usually pretty passive and don't generally touch me; I figured this one just wanted to play a bit, and that's cool, whatever.

Then last night while I was trying to go to sleep, I could feel something watching me, but I couldn't see anyone. I know there was no one in my room, not even the cat, because I kicked him out when I went to bed. Not to mention the fact that I could hear whispers and mumbling, and cats can't talk! I drifted off after awhile, but I woke up around 6am because I swore I felt someone sit down on the edge of my bed and rub my back. I was really confused because my door was locked, so I knew it wasn't my mom...when I turned the light on, of course, there was no one there...

And tonight at work, whatever it is kept touching me and hitting my chair, making me jump, tugging on my coat and my hair, squeezing my shoulder and poking my ribs. And it went on ALL NIGHT. Like it didn't stop, even when I switched seats and moved to the corner where no one could possibly sneak up on me. Even with my headphones on I could hear someone whispering my name, or at least it sounded like my name.

Now, I'm sitting here in the dark, and I just saw a smokey, shadowy figure walk across the living room. I know that whatever this is it's harmless, but it still freaks me out a bit. I wish I knew who/what it was and what it wanted, but I'm completely clueless. Ugh...
